Shipping Policy 


Order processing time: Orders or bookings made from Monday - Friday between the times of 8am to 5pm will be processed within one working day, excluding bank holidays and other holidays. Once the order has been confirmed, they will be ready to collect from the next STEAM Education session OR delivered locally as soon as they are ready to do so. Bookings are confirmed via Email. 

By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are above the age of 18. 


If you choose to opt for local delivery, please allow 2-3 working days for the order to be fulfilled and delivered; with an estimated delivery time and date confirmed by Email or Text message - as per your selected preference. 


If you choose to opt for collection, please note that the product may not be ready for collection if the session is held on the next working day. Please allow between 2-3 working days for products to be ready to collect. 


Currently, STEAM Powered education does not offer nationwide shipping on our products due to logistical reasons. If you are from outside the CO15 postcode, and wish to order one of our kits or make a booking for one of our sessions, please get in contact with us first.

Returns Policy 


This policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase, as per consumer law. If more than 30 days has passed since the date of purchase we regret that we will not be able to offer you a refund. This Policy only covers physical goods sold in the store and advance bookings. 


In order to be eligible for a return the kit / item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it - including retail packaging. You must have proof of purchase for the item / kit.  


Please do not send any item from the kit back to the manufacturer, please return it directly to STEAM Powered Education LTD. 




There may be certain situations in which only a partial refund is granted (If applicable) 

  • Any item that is returned to us in a used condition, in a damaged condition or without its retail packaging or is missing parts 

  • Any item that is returned to us more than 30 days after the date of delivery / pickup 

If an item is received damaged or missing by you, please contact us immediately to rectify this.


Once your item has been returned and inspected by us, we will send you an email or text to notify you of the next course of action. This may be a replacement, a partial or a full refund depending on the circumstances. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within a period of 5 working days. 


Late or missing refunds 


If after 5 working days you have not received a refund, please contact your bank as refunds can sometimes take a few extra days to be posted. If you have done this, and you have not received a refund yet - please contact us as soon as possible. 




We reserve the right to exchange items in the kit rather than offer a refund, if the item in the kit was received damaged, please send us an email with an attached picture of the damaged item so that we can process the exchange.


Sales items 


We regret that we are unable to refund sales items, we can only accept refunds on fully priced items. 


Advanced Bookings 


When booking a session in advance, please note that the deposit is non - refundable. This is to cover the cost of materials and the session itself. 


Shipping returns 

If there is any issues with your kit, please email: or contact us through the website. Typically, kits can be picked up if they were delivered locally - or dropped off at the next STEAM Education session.
