Making Lifeboats and visiting Clacton Lifeboat station

Service Description
During the workshop, the students will learn about the history of Lifeboats and the RNLI. We will build our own lifeboats and spray paint figurines to look like RNLI volunteers. After lunch, we will walk down to the lifeboat station at Clacton and be given a guided tour. I will push for a viewing of the interior of the new Shannon Lifeboat which is particularly impressive.
Cancellation Policy
When booking, please note that once booked a refund is not possible. This is due to having to purchase the equipment specifically for the amount of participants at the event. However, if STEAM Powered Education is unable to reschedule a missed session, that was missed due to STEAM Powered Education not being able to attend, then a credit or refund for that missed session will be given.
