STEAM Powered Education offers a 30 day guarantee on all products. If your product arrives broken, missing pieces or not to the standard that you expect, you may apply for a partial refund or replacenent. Please call STEAM directly in this instance.
If you wish to return the product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and in it's original retail packaging. STEAM reserves the right to decline refunds, or only offer a partial refund if these criteria are not met. If the product is faulty, please see above.
